Pros

People! I really enjoyed all my co-workers and my direct boss. My boss was the most knowledgeable person regarding Commercial Insurance I've ever known.

Cons

As stated before, this company is a playground for exec's. As long as you're in the good graces of the CEO and CFO you're fine. When you're out, you're out. Some of the business acquisitions appear to be nothing more than just finding a cool international place to open an office. Upper Management has a 3 to 4 year life cycle. You notice all exec's are within 2 years of hire. Enjoy being the cool kids until you get sideways with Mark.

Pros

Good pay if you are able to be promoted or change roles. Great benefits. Awesome HR team, however they are so overstretched. Offices are state of the art for the most part.

Cons

Live up to what you say about employees-if you are good at doing your job-that is not enough, however it shoudl be for at least cost of living increases.

Pros

There were some really quality people to work with at the staff and lower management level. The benefits are pretty good for the size of the company. Beautiful office in downtown San Antonio.

Cons

Benefits and pay are behind other insurance companies in town. Upper management is cutthroat and ruthless with their own employees. Employees are treated as disposable. Culture overall does not match the core values and is fairly toxic. Pay increases only occur every other year.
