Argo Group embraces diversity and inclusion, encourages Senior Management performance feedback, always looking for ways to improve communication at all levels, etc. CEO is super friendly and approachable. I love working here - my supervisor and co-workers are friendly, thoughtful and kind.

Cons

I am hoping Argo will be around until I am ready to retire but not sure if it will happen.
