ArgoGroupUS onboarding process is hands down the best Avenue to get acquainted with Argo people, the cultural and the systems. It’s very comprehensive and one I’ve never experienced at another company pay is comparable to other big companies time off is something you don’t see for new comers at 21 days annually along with all the normal holidays off as well health benefits offered as well along with your normal 401k option. I do like time option of buying stock in the company as well! My first few weeks here and I already feel as though I’m Part of a family!! Thanks Argo for the welcoming 😀😀😀
