      Cons

      The management team lacks strategy and drive. Change and future growth barely happens at a snails pace. Their 'digital' initiatives are all a facade simply meant to appease shareholders with buzzwords. And lets not talk about the compensation...

      Only part of the team that was good to work with, all the other points negative and lack of word from all tbe way up without even acknowledging the employees - a lot of talk and no action
