      Pros

      Ive been with the company coming up to a year, my interview process was very quick and contracts came through very quickly! the team were great, my on boarding was done in a timely manner and I had no issues with settling in to my role. the senior management team are very easy to approach so there is never any hesitation going up to them. I would definitely recommend Argo as a company, the management are open and honest and I believe the company should feel proud of itself for its diversity, it isn't where it should be but is working hard to sway away from the perception of what Insurance looks like.

      I cant list any cons of working within the business.

      Pros

      Very thorough and professional recruitment process Care and attention taken to on boarding process and meeting key people Lots of autonomy from day 1 and the ability to make a difference. The values on the wall are those you get in reality. Vibrant, exciting and go-forward place.

      Cons

      Its not for people who like routine. Lots of opportunities for challenge and growth. The company has recognized it needs to change with the times and rise to the challenges in the external environment. This means it is focused on simplifying and improving its processes and driving improvement. So don't get too used to how things are done, they may change. You get back what you put in. Some weeks are long but you can look back on some significant achievements.

      - Great benefits - Pay is decent - Most co-workers are nice to work with and are helpful and made good friends - Learned many new technologies

      Cons

      - Expect to work more than 40 hours a week including weekends - Bad management in IT - Outsourcing jobs to other countries - Negative environment to work in... All departments - A lot of Expectation for the best when they don't want to pay out the bucks
