Argo is a very good company to work for/ but the culture needs IMPROVEMENT

Good Company to work for; Good employee benefits; Provides daily snacks, soda machine, coffee etc. lunches during big meetings. New York Office set up is very nice; Yearly bonuses & Salary increase if your review is good. Yearly offsite to Crystal Springs Resort, really nice. The people are fairly nice, the work environment is alright.

Cons

Needs to promote from within; Needs to listen to the employees more; The turnover is pretty high; Need to consider mentoring the bottom tier employees; Acknowledge the hard and loyal employees, give them a chance to grow. Don’t keep them stagnant in their position. Training system for all employees needs improvement.

Good salary, financially strong, nice coworkers and attractive office locations

Cons

Many vacancies - prior managers blamed for vacancies but no sense of urgency to fill positions and activity has waned over past two months. People continue to leave and interview process delayed tonpint where some good applicants have withdrawn their application. Air of distrust and uncertainty given senior management appears distant and uncommunicative.
