Pros
The onboarding process has been amazing so far. They've taken the steps to make sure that all employees (in office and remote) feel connected and remain in the loop. Salary is comparable to market. Benefits are on par with market. Argo truly and wholeheartedly wants to hear your opinions and suggestions. They have an entire team that sifts through suggestions on companywide initiatives and if your idea is selected that you receive a monetary award. It's a nice incentive to submit ideas. Argo is also very focused on training and is willing to invest in their employees in order for them to attend class, trainings, and conferences to further our knowledge of the industry and our team focused skills.
Cons
I am still very new to the company, so I haven't witnessed many cons as of yet. I will report back once I've been here a little longer.
