Pros
It's a real pleasure to work for such a Customer Centric organization that lives its values rather than just talking about them. Argo invests in the development of employees and rewards performance at a higher level than I have experienced in my prior 20+ years in the industry.
Cons
The environment does not suit everyone. Change is always in the air and you can't fight it. To be successful at Argo you have to keep an open mind to the idea that someone around you will always be trying to find a more efficient way to get things done.
