Pros
The company is pushing to become more innovative and seek new opportunities, which is pretty exciting. Quarterly reviews with managers are mandatory, so you'll always get feedback and have an idea of how you're doing. There are so many opportunities for professional development, too! HR is pretty vocal about their new learning platform and what training webinars are available. San Antonio office is gorgeous and everyone seems to know each other, which makes for a fun work culture. Also, philanthropy is a big part of Argo. Employees can submit opportunties for organizations they care most about.
Cons
IT really needs improvement (they are working on it, so hopefully we see more improvement in the near future). Organizational structure changes somewhat frequently and can be confusing at times.
