      Pros

      Live the life you love is one of ArgonDigital's core values. And it's true. As an employer they really do everything they can to help you to be able to do so. This is the happiest I have ever been in a job. I love working here and I have so many great coworkers.

      Cons

      The work can be meeting heaving, but that's just the nature of the job.

      Great work at a small company with big clients

      Pros

      I get to work on lots of interesting projects and have a real impact on client outcomes. I also get the opportunity to help with lots of internal work. The path towards promotion is incredibly transparent, there's a mentor program, and they have what I'd consider to be a pretty innovative way to approach product management.

      Cons

      I love working for small companies, but I can understand why some might consider this a negative because there's more fluctuation and things can be left up in the air. I personally consider this a feature and not a bug, but I didn't want to leave this blank.

      While the work has varied through the years, the company continues to hire smart, hard-working professionals that make working together easy. The company leadership really does value each employee and promotes a healthy work/life balance.

      Cons

      Contracts and clients come and go at an agency like this, so you must be okay with constant change.
