SDC is a company that truly cares about their employees. They encourage employees to use their generous PTO leave to spend time with family and taking care of themselves. The staff in administration make it a point to get to know every employee and takes a great interest in the employees success. Every morning the Vice President of the company makes it a point to come speak to each individual employee. Senior Dental Care not only prides itself in providing outstanding customer service but, Senior Dental Care provides outstanding employee morale as well. I will never work for another company. There is not a company around, in my opinion, that can compare to the work atmosphere that is provided by Senior Dental Care.

Senior Dental Care is the highest paying company in its surrounding areas. They pay out any and all overtime. Very understanding of personal life situations and always offer a helping hand in anyway possible. They are flexible with hours depending on the situation. They always want what is best for their employees. They go over and beyond for their team. There is always opportunity for growth at Senior Dental Care. We all work as a team and know that it takes more than one man to build a strong village. We all communicate by phone,email, and weekly meetings. Upper management gives one on one meetings weekly where you are free to express any concerns or issues and then work together as a team to find a solution. Senior Dental Care always encourages its employees to be phenomenal and legendary. Overall it is a great company to work for. We are not just employees and co-workers but a big family. If anyone has worked for or know someone who has worked for Senior Dental Care they know just how wonderful this company truly is.
