Great management, pay, support system, coworkers, benefits, and more.

Cons

Some days are long, but not unmanageable. Being remote can feel like you are isolated. Keep the line of communication with your manager and team open for support.

Nice coworkers, hard working teams in field. Hybrid job. Bonuses were given monthly.

Cons

Too much work for time given, they don't want to pay overtime but put unrealistic constraints on people, especially in the field. Not a lot of support, they say they will help but do not stand by their word. My advice demand everything in writing. Too many people in the mix, levels and who people answer to. Competition is coming at them and they refused to entertain ideas from staff or change how they did things. They are cutting their nose off to spite their face.
