Management is in touch with staff and flexible to help you balance work/life responsibilities. Lots of ways to be involved with patients and clients even if not clinical Fun office atmosphere with team oriented goals

Pay was decent and the job itself was fun at times.

Cons

Travel was exhausting. The company does not have a great understanding of the dental field. The individuals that micromanage you from the office are often not familiar with dental practices. There is a lot of pressure to see as many patients as possible placed on the assistant but that is really out of our hands and more in the hands of the patients, dentists, and social services director.

This company has extremely incompetent leadership. They do not care about piling the work of three people onto one employ. Constantly change the commission and pay structure so it is impossible to meet numbers and steal pay from hard working employees. Terrible management promoted to leadership positions. Do not promote well deserving employees and will eliminate job positions and entire teams without any notice or cause. Steer clear of this company.
