Great teammates and working culture. When funding allows, the team organizes team-building activities and support employees for online classes.

Cons

Compensation is not competitive. Employees are required to contribute a portion toward health insurance coverage. In addition, company performance in recent years has impacted bonus availability.

Toxic workplace and unorganized management

Workplace tries its best to be more inclusive. Co-workers were nice and some individuals at management have your best interest at heart.

Cons

There is no job security. Layoffs happen frequently, in huge numbers, and without any form of advance notice. That aside, office politics and management were not kind. There was no way to escalate issues such as verbal harassment or workplace hostility, and HR often placed these issues to back management or to the individuals involved to handle on their own, which made the workplace situation very tense. Management will not be on your side.
