Pros

Good pay and benefits about average for Las Vegas.

Cons

Upper management likes to talk the talk but NO EXECUTION!!!! The directive comes from AU and the USA is the dumping ground for incompetent Upper Management that is very Chauvinistic. If you try to change things and management does not like you, find a another job because they will fire you!!

Pros

great work life balance very talented people to work with generally a fun place to work people are overall pretty nice and welcoming great insight into gaming

Cons

two things help you move up: having an accent and being a man. Throw in being a caucasion and you are golden. lots and lots of people get overlooked regularly. It's the same people all the time who get recognized. Horrible silo problem - poor communication problems between departments. They've been working on it, at least. Morale sank a couple of years ago...thus far efforts to correct aren't working as well as they could. No hope for growth in most areas. Where you come in is where you'll stay. Never heard of anyone getting an amazing raise here.

It’s really bleak

Pros

Great place for experience and the benefits are pretty good. A lot of the teams inside of departments are really nice

Cons

Management doesn’t communicate expectations at all. Constantly fluctuating policy to save the behinds of upper management when they pull a blunder so that lower level employees can provide the answers to the problem as well as taking the fall for the issue. While company tries to promote care for the individual employee, it will work you to the bones under the promise of a return on investment. If you know someone you can advance otherwise do everything you can to stay under the bosses radar (they like to yell) and you will be fine.
