Pros

Got a nice bump in salary to come here Really like people in my department Benefits are ok, not great, not terrible (depends on the specific benefit) Feels like a lot of opportunity for people willing to add value in their role.

Cons

-Note: They DO NOT negotiate PTO. New employees must start at the lowest level. This is SUCKS for people who are coming to the company with tenure from other companies. Seems like a dumb hill to die on to me because they were really willing to negotiate salary. -They have been around for a long time but it feels like a company that is younger in that they have a lot of policies/processes that are inconsistent across different business units.

Pros

Nice people to work with, everyone is friendly and is working towards success.

Cons

It is an Australian company and they have no loyalty for American workers as they can eliminate the entire development department for cheaper labor in India. Work Life Balance is not good for some departments. They are chasing money too much and not managing to keep their small costumers happy that got them where they are because they have gotten larger customers and the quality has dropped.

Pros

PTO and benefits are nice. Pay is getting better. Technology is improving. Gaming is a fun industry. New office is very nice. Onsite barista is a nice perk. Game room is a great place to connect with coworkers.

Cons

Work/life balance can be very poor. Antiquated waterfall development practices. Very political. Very bureaucratic. Several rounds of layoffs over the past few years. Lots of burnout. Every release is a dumpster fire. Still using technologies like SVN for source control.
