Anyone who isn't intimidated by a demanding work environment and the opportunity to interact with skillful, intelligent people who focus on getting things done will probably enjoy their work experience.

Cons

The breakneck pace of product development may be a contributing factor to low employee morale and an unusual turnover rate that has not improved.

OK place to work, but management needs an upgrade

Pros

People are easy to get along with, full bar located in showroom that gets opened now and then for employees.

Cons

Morale has gone way down in past year or so, too many changes at the top. Company is based in Australia, and they don't really have a feel for the US market, which hurts the business in teh US.

almost no promotions some years 0% raises 2 years the company refused to give our team any promotions projects constantly changing management constantly changing constant lay offs meetings at all hours of the days 7am to 9pm doesn't matter how hard you work or how much you do they'll let you go with out any notice
