Cons

Poor quality work, no career growth path, limited options for promotion, job insecurity due to management changes every year and firing is common norm here, can get bored with only one type of work for long.

Compensation is good and competitive, work life balance is ok. May be a better option when compared to services company

Cons

Work is not good enough to be comparable with other product companies, Very Poor Indian Management, Hiring and Firing is very common without any logical justification leading to a high job insecurity. Indian GM is apathetic towards empoyees and more of a showy person.
