      Pros

      Aristotle has a knack for hiring good people. They may not have the experience necessary for the positions that they are hired into but they are genuinely good people.

      Cons

      Aristotle is a "tech company" that refuses to acquire, train, and maintain legitimate "tech people". The company is run by marketing and sales people. This causes an abundance of preventable outages, losses of data, and unnecessary workarounds. Because Aristotle builds compliance software this type of penny pinching is detrimental to their clients.

      Pros

      location, upper management, upward mobility, flexibility I think the brothers are amazing to work for. They are personable, caring and brilliant. There is a reason people stay at Aristotle for many years, or even leave and come back. If you prove yourself, they will do whatever it takes to keep you and keep you happy. I started at a lower position and have gotten promotions and raises that in line with where I should be. They are also very flexible with schedules. I am luckily able to work from home as much as I want, which is a nice option. I often do not, because I find it harder to work that way.

      no match on 401k, healthcare plan is not great, office needs remodeling (this is the plan for this year, so that is changing)

      Pros

      There are no positives that I can think of.

      Cons

      Low pay. You have certain members of IT leadership who actively break things and then lie about the reason for the outage claiming to be the hero that "fixed the problem" when it wouldn't have been a problem if IT didn't break it in the first place. Completely toxic place to work with management constantly belittling and degrading staff.
