I really enjoyed working at Aritzia for the short period I was there. I really felt supported by my coworkers and most of the management staff. There's great teamwork and constructive feedback from everyone, which allows you to grow individually and as a group. Management was very understanding and flexible with my schedule since it was my second job. The employee discount is really good, and we received gifts throughout the year as a thank-you for our work during busy seasons. I've never had an employer show their gratitude and support the way Aritzia does. Definitely refreshing!
