Pros
Very nice facilities at the South Mountain Campus, fairly large volunteer group which is helpful. Wonderful, knowledgeable veterinary staff. It is rewarding to work with animals.
Cons
A lot of favoritism from the top down. Many people have been fired for supposedly doing things that others don't even get a write up for. I did my job, tried my best to stay out of "drama" and watched my back and that helped me keep my job. The stress of the work environment tended to make people irritable and rude to one another. Egos got in the way of doing the right thing.
