      Pros

      Serving as a UGTA at ASU was a rewarding experience that deepened my understanding of the course content while allowing me to support fellow students. The role offered flexibility around my class schedule, and I appreciated the chance to build skills in communication, leadership, and time management. Working closely with faculty also added a valuable mentorship component to my academic journey.

      Cons

      Pay is modest. Since it’s a student position, there aren’t many opportunities for advancement or long-term growth.
