Pros

Great weather during the winter and spring months. There are lot of opportunities to build your resume throughout the year and around the city. Many company's bring promotions and conferences to the phoenix valley in order to promote their work and company.

Cons

The university is badly understaffed. The level of experience and education being received needs to be improved with more funding for departments as well as an addition to the number of professors. Department are no longer able to provide labs for their classes and education level is being reduced with the employment of teacher's assistants as apposed to professors.
