      - nice weather, nice atmosphere - ability to interact with thousands of students during rush - organized system in the bookstore

      - often at times, it can become chaotic during rush making it impossible to get around and get work done

      The staff is extremely flexible with students' schedule when it comes to family, school organizations, and class conflicts. There are multiple opportunities to find students jobs and opportunities to advance.

      Cons

      The management can play favorites. Training is lacking and sometimes information about specific job duties are confused or altogether forgotten.
