      Schedule flexibility, coworkers were cool, and being in downtown Tempe was also cool.

      Pay is pretty low and being in Dow town Tempe is t that great..

      None. Pay sucks, benefits suck, and you have to pay for parking.

      Cons

      This place might be a blast for students, but if you’re in the administration it’s pure hell. Literally chasing orders that come down from President Crow which may or may not be reasonable. During COVID my department wasn’t allowed to use OOO indicators when we took time off because it made us look “weak” and “President Crow wouldn’t like to see that”. They put complete sociopaths in charge of groups. Truly a horrible horrible place.

      elitist, out of touch leadership culture is meaningless and not practiced micromanagers everywhere no autonomy HR management was the worst I've ever seen dishonest and not supportive of employees and they pander to leadership Run don't walk away from this one They fire a high proportion of employees who don't conform to the oppressive ways
