      They have absolutely no idea how to run a clinical lab. This place is the voice of disorganized.

      Pay is decent for enrollment.

      Cons

      -they do nothing to celebrate their employees -they only promote people they like or are friends with -they don’t set any metrics and we went from 25 enrollments per start to nearly 100 in the fall with no understanding from management that it may be overwhelming for us. -they will keep you working if they like you but fire people they don’t like. -catty people in management. They like to gossip and are very fake. Pretend to be kind but I have heard them whispering gossip about people. -upper management allows inappropriate behavior as long as you are well-liked. -Human Resources at sky song is really poorly managed. -please avoid enrollment center; there are other companies that will value you for your hard work. This is not one of them. -they are not inclusive based on race/gender
