Pros
Free food at times, ability to come in late without getting caught because upper management does not care about professionalism.
Cons
Underpaid, upper management does not care about your well-being, I saw a co-worker have a breakdown and cry under his desk, no one did anything. Horrible parking situation, you have to pay hundreds of dollars each year to park like your a student. Benefits are expensive when you make minimum wage.
