      Pros

      The number one thing I value the most about working with Arkham technology is the opportunities to learn and have ownership within projects from day 1. I also appreciate the family atmosphere that is encouraged, which makes it pleasurable to come to work everyday.

      Cons

      More events to build camaraderie between various sites, I think the April Fools was good, and to be fair the Maryland locations didn't make any submissions :), but going forward that could be good.
