Pros

I valued the people I was working with. It was very refreshing to come to work with fun people who were enjoyable to work with and see everyday. Having people who I could have a good conversation with made work so much more rewarding.

Cons

In my time working, I noticed a relatively high turnover rate and low tenure rates. Specifically it was rare to see people who have worked at the company for an extensive time. I think improving the retention of employees, specifically to foster more senior engineers would be beneficial.

Pros

What I value most at Arkham is the opportunity for growth and the ability to explore different areas within the company. I also appreciate the flexibility with scheduling and the strong understanding of work-life balance, particularly for employees with families

Cons

As a rapidly growing small company, there has been significant turnover, which I believe presents an opportunity for improvement

Pros

I value the fun and uplifting culture that Arkham has, as well as respecting your time away when you are not at work. It is a healthy balance to ensure that I enjoy coming to work each day, as well as excited to recharge knowing that I am truly working to live. I also value the opportunities that Arkham gives you to venture and learn into new aspects of the business, cross-training and the opportunity for new roles not only keep people interested, but provide great opportunities for advancement.

Cons

It seems as we have lost several critical people in the company recently, causing quite the ripple. It seems as the most common response as to why is additional responsibilities with no pay, and "uninteresting work" I am unsure how uninteresting work is possible in our industry, but I think that's probably code for not enough pay. So the only way I see that improving is ensuring that as soon as people take on the new responsibilities, they are compensated accordingly.
