Pros

As an Arla Grad, you are exposed to high-level and strategic projects, which offers an unparallel learning curve. There are many pros in this fast-track leadership programme, some being: 1. functional/locational rotations (3) where you are exposed to different projects, markets and cultures across the globe. 2. Personal and personality profile development 3. ongoing training and leadership development boot-camps 4. great network across the company and between F15 grads

Cons

Working in a large organizational matrix can be difficult at times, and knowing where and how to seek knowledge across functions is an area to be improved.
