      Pros

      It is a place for those who have connections internally. people are promoted and assigned perspective tasks based on their family and friendship relationships. Foreighers have therefore hard time to get forward. A few do get a chance to desgize the general trend. Especially those coming from non top eu coutries will be descriminated.

      Cons

      Descrimination all the way around! gender and nationality counts a lot. Young danes are the first priorityand non eu foreigners are undervalued and pushed as they wish, rotating between the positions.
