      Pros

      Some of the loveliest people you will work with, day to day culture is great. Pays well in relation to similar companies.

      Cons

      The industry is in severe decline and the company is struggling. Restructures have benefitted a few at the top at the expense of the rest.

      Arla is a great place to work as so many things happen these years where we grow from being a mainly Scandinavian/European company to being a truly global FMCG business. That is FUN to be part of right now where all processes need to be professionalised and globalised, and where we are moving to a completely different level.

      Cons

      You really need to be prepared for change and to want to work in an environment where things are happening and being defined right now and where you do not find standardised processes for everything, but where you will often be part of making them.
