      Pros

      Opportunities to develop ones skills, knowledge and experience across a wide variety of activities in the dairy business. Access to recent thinking and best practices in business, production technology and marketing. Fair to good salary and benefits; good attitude to work/life balance. Some extremely smart and innovative individuals at middle management level.

      Cons

      As with many large companies, can be very bureaucratic and also suffers from some silo mentality. Very "process" oriented. High levels of stress among head office staff.
