      Pros

      Great atmosphere. Company values are clear, emphasizing sustainable growth- both in terms of products as well as employees. Work/life balance is a top priority- many (especially with families) leave early and work from home in the evenings. High growth, allowing rapid advancement and new opportunities abroad. Very supportive environment.

      Cons

      Can be difficult at times due to the preference for speaking Danish, although this differs between business units.

      A variety of different shift patterns to choose from. A reputable company that pay a decent wage and a secure career.

      Cons

      Cold environment working in a refrigerated warehouse although the company provide very good work wear.
