      Pros

      The pay is fairly good and the people are pretty friendly. There are lots of overtime opportunities and overtime pay (time and a half). On Sundays they pay double.

      Cons

      Vacation times and policies suck. They don't roll over and aren't very long.

      Pros

      This is a fantastic Company to work for. Management, salary, and benefits are great. There is a wealth of knowledge shared and so much opportunity for personal and professional growth.

      Cons

      You are expected to work from home on bad weather days.
