Under the new MENA Leadership, it has become a breeding ground for racism and favouritism. In the past 2-3 years, you get hired and promoted on who u know rather than your work and ethnicity plays a major role in your promotion and hiring. There has been a massive cleansing done in the dubai office in the last 3 years where largely people from the subcontinent have been shown the door despite stellar performances .
