I have spent 2 months till now. My awesome journey is going on. Few pointers 1) Work life balance is good 2) No micro management. You are treated as responsible employees. No one will follow up every now and then. You have to finish your task in your own way in given time. 3) Every process is very transparent . 4) Pay is at per market standard based on your skill which depends on demand and supply. Working here is like win - win situation for everyone ( Employees and Employer)

Clear goal and company mission which will help to achieve targets Great environment and collaboration. The people working here is best and makes you want to come back every day!

Cons

I haven't had luck with my manager but cannot talk about the rest... I don't see much manager trainings. There are guidelines for performance reviews, goals and regular check-ins with your manager but in practice that doesn't happen often. Haven't had any skip level either. No feedback culture and communication with employees has room for improvement. I don't see much room for career development but that may be my department. Cannot speak for the others. 401K match is 50% and the capping was reduced from 4K to 2K this year, so not nice. Bonus never gets to 100% and it has been recently paid through vested RSUs so you don't get cash, but you can sell shares. Not ideal. RSU's vesting is 4 years vesting annually. It doesn't compare to other Bay Area companies where majority is 3 years with vestings every 4-6 months.
