Thanks for leaving a review. With Softbank's acquisition of ARM, we are growing at an even faster pace than before, hiring across all functions and departments. New teams and structures are coming in, with opportunities for current employees to move to a new challenge within the company. Regarding salary increases, the majority of reviews in the company are considered 'High Performing' which means the salary increase will always be above annual inflation rate. If you've 'Exceeded Expectations', the salary increase will be higher, along with the bonus payout. Thanks for leaving a review! Even though we're growing at a rapid pace, we're not immune to growing pains. Balancing growth vs revenue like you said is a necessary though we try to limit doing so as much as possible. A challenge is changing the mindset of software candidates in the industry is more than just a hardware company, when in reality, we are about 50% software now!
