Business Outlook
Pros
Management is very open and are willing to listen to any concerns or suggestions. Genuinely feel that, as a company, employees are really the number one asset and are therefore treated as such. This is evidenced via a good base salary with bonuses that all regular employees get, which for a technical author (a cost rather than a profit maker) is something new to me!
Cons
There are no doubt some cons, but these are the normal issues that might arise in the employ of any large company, so not even really worth discussing.
