Good company and good people. Paying a lot of attentions to employee's needs. Salary is ok. Benefits are good. As a graduate you can rotate in different groups. Many chances to move your position.

Cons

Salaries don't take in account the cost of life in each city.

ARM is at the heart of the digital world, and working here provides opportunities to shape that world. We are growing fast and have huge prospects in the future of IoT. The base pay is competitive among industry leaders, and vacation time and other benefits leave nothing to complain about with regards to compensation.

Cons

If you are looking to "climb the ladder" go somewhere else. ARM allows the best people to do what they do best.

I'm here for about 10 months. The atomsphere in the company is really great. I see everybody keen to help each other and lots of new cool technology stuff every day. There are lots of internal training opportunities and a whole bunch of internal sessions to about new technologies being developed.

Cons

None critical at the moment. Just problems that every big company has: IT not very efficient and stuff like that.
