      Great environments to work in, feels like a Google or Amazon Good people team, managers really care about careers and nurturing The Culture is interesting - see Cons also! - people are encouraged to try new things and collaboration is essential, it's a fun place to work, everyone is engaged and inclusive. Competitive Salary Good non Salary rewards (a FlexPot of 4.5k to spend on health, finance makes it easy to join the Gym!) Very easy to move between departments

      Getting things done across and sometimes within groups requires a lot of energy, project management and commitment seem to be lacking in some parts of the organisation. I think this is part cultural as people can be easily distracted and projects not well defined/funded.
