      High trust working environment Pace of work is fast and ever changing Ability to second/swap into a different role after doing the job you've been at the company for a year or two. Fully flexible working Personal and professional development supported and encouraged Generous holiday allowance (and ability to buy an extra 5 days a year) Great quality summer and Christmas parties

      Cons

      A lot of new people at the company so can be hard to get questions answered/ know what correct process should be.

      Great Place to Work & Good work life balance

      Rejoined arm mainly due to its unique culture, values and transparent management. Good work life balance. Company cares for & treat employees as humans(people), not resource. Provides opportunities , challenges and support to come up with new ideas & methodologies. Provides special benefits for employees well being & development.

      Pay is not upto the market.
