      Pros

      I'm here for about 10 months. The atomsphere in the company is really great. I see everybody keen to help each other and lots of new cool technology stuff every day. There are lots of internal training opportunities and a whole bunch of internal sessions to about new technologies being developed.

      Cons

      None critical at the moment. Just problems that every big company has: IT not very efficient and stuff like that.

      Thanks for leaving a review! We encourage a healthy work/life balance at ARM, and hope that you utilize all the holiday time allotted to you! And if you've made it 4 years, make sure to take your sabbatical as well! As a company grows that has grown as fast we have, bureaucracy will tend to creep up unfortunatenly. That said, we do try to make an active effort to keep all employees well informed, both via email and Yammer.
