Even though we're growing at a very rapid pace, we are committed to ensuring that our employees have enough sustained energy to get through the work day, and in turn, the projects that they work on to grow their career development. We're bursting at the seams from the growth, but that's a fortunate problem to have! I'm super happy to read that you had an excellent onboarding experience; I'll make sure to pass on this feedback to the HR team, as we all love reading notes like this. If there ever is a con about ARM, the one we hear most often from our Cambridge employees is on the city itself. It is an expensive city to live in though our Rewards team have been reviewing compensation across all levels and regions.
