As we are growing, the pressure to continually work longer hours is common place. I highly encourage you to have a conversation with your line manager in your 1:1's regarding your work life balance issue. They'll assume that everything is fine unless you address the issue first! The new AFDS that is being tested now will also help to address this, so you can course correct more frequently throughout the year as opposed just once a year like in the past.
