Good benefits for full-time employees. Beautiful, new campus in Cambridge (hopefully we can use it soon!) Everyone employed there is extremely welcoming and helpful with any questions you have.

Cons

6- or 12-month rotations on different teams, so make sure you'll be working on something you find interesting from the start.
