Both owners are unfortunately losing their memory so any explanation of what happened the day or week before needed to be rehashed in its entirety over and over again. This creates a very unhealthy working atmosphere. They intimidate their employees with fear of losing their jobs on a daily basis. There are always complaints that they would judge your performance based on a broken systems filled with useless complexities and redundancies, yet they won't do anything about it. Anyone new to the company left as soon as they found out how nearly impossible it was to do any simple job. The employees who have been there forever grin and bare it on a daily basis because they feel they would not be able to get any other job (the term 'Stockholm syndrome' is used by employees on a regular basis). The building is gross and falling apart. I would not recommend working with Armor Security in any capacity.
