A Good Starter Job, but Not a Career

Got services for free. Free merchandise from certain shows/networks. Decent pay. Awarded fairly and often for good performance. Support of managers when staff upheld company policies.

Cons

Never ending call flow. Phone metrics such as 'personal time' and 'after call work' too low. Hardly any time to breath between customers.
