Pros

Armstrong Group includes a diverse set of companies that are very stable, secure, and growing. Family owned company that is well managed. Company offers a pension which is very rare in this day and age. Long average tenure at the company speaks to the job satisfaction of employees.

Cons

Multiple office locations means that you may not work directly in person. Management can seem slow to adapt to changes in the workforce at times (no work from home or hybrid option available).
