Pros

Really fair and calm atmosphere to work in. Longevity is easy in the Armstrong Family. A good amount of holidays, benefits, time off and even a pension for full-time employees plus 401K option. Other benefits include options for free or discounted services they provide in their network of companies attached to Armstrong. Overall....a rewarding career in a growing company.

Cons

No large complaints other than the occasional grumblings that you get with any job.

Respects employee and customer opinions, requests and responds to feedback, great benefits package including complimentary telecom services, opportunities for career growth with defined career paths, and often fights well and hard outside weight class.

Cons

Fast paced environment with constantly shifting priorities, which isn’t a con, yet important to know that hard work every day is required to not get left behind.
